ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUSTAINABLE?
Our products are made on-demand and so are only created when you place an order. This avoids overproduction and leads to less textile waste than conventional manufacturing.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders take on average between 3 to 5 days from the order being placed to delivery. We recommend Christmas orders are placed before 7th December.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
As our products are created at the point of order, once an order has been placed we are unable to accept returns. However, we are always happy to discuss matters and aim to keep our customers happy.
